Hi Maria,
My late sister Marian used to go out with an Irish lad from Swinford Co Mayo. He was working over here when she met him but that was many years ago.
My great granny was Rosena Campbell from Leitrim & came to Scotland with her parents and siblings during the Irish famine and I dont think its very far from Co Mayo.
