Santa bought a Sat- Nav And Rudolph got the sack New technology maps the nation Farewell to red - nosed navigation Deliveries would be swift and sudden Back in time for Christmas Pudden Alas for Santa’s cunning plans It led him into traffic jams Up far too narrow country lanes Cup -de -sacs and flooded drains What the gadget clearly lacks Is a programmed guide to chimney stacks Rudolph was quickly re - instated And normal service,for those who waited The moral to this tale of woe - Be guided by his nasal glow Stick to old and tried tradition To help you on your Christmas mission
