Mondo, we are talking about a man who tells his employees that they should be terrified of him. Somehow, I rather doubt whatever he is doing in government will benefit the rest of the population.

Meanwhile, I rather doubt that anything I do for me will either harm, or benefit, any great number of people, though a few hundred will have their memories of a curious visit with me at my shop. Sometimes over the years, I will have three generation of some families who will have visited me.
