Because I maintain a Low Glycemic Diet Plan and maintain an ab routine my waist is flat and hard.

I wear belts and each belt comfortably sit in a certain hole. When I over eat and my belt gets too tight and I have to let my belt out one notch I switch to a low car diet until It returns to normal.

I have been wearing the same size pants for decades. A close friend of mine was wearing 34 inch waist pants when he retired and now wears 40 inch waist pants.

He is currently on 11 pharmaceutical drugs for various health issues.
