There are billions of Earth-like planets in the Milky Way. We don't have any proof there is anything unique about our Earth. If life can arise once on one planet, then it should be able to arise on some of the other planets.
If God exists and he is all powerful, then he would not put life on just one planet. It seems like typical human ego to assume we are the only intelligent life in the Universe. That's the same flawed thinking that made people assume Earth was the center of the Universe.
The math and speculations are interesting, but stronger telescopes will tell us a lot more.
