But I am not worried.

At this stage of my life it is difficult to get me worried about some things. Yes, my world views/beliefs have something to do with it. However I can remember hearing warnings of the seconding coming of Christ, warnings of judgement coming, warnings of the end of the world coming, etc. ever since childhood. . . and yet they never came to be. Experience counts for a lot.

The downfall of humans, if it comes to be, will be at our own hands. If we survive, it will be because of our own efforts and not because some deity came to save us.

We will be our own saviors, or our own executioners. Time will tell.
