They may have a right to enter, but when they curse and scream at the congregation, including children, that is at the very least, disturbing the peace. It is on the verge of evil.

If a church is shielding a criminal and was giving that person sanctuary, and since they are open to the public, would it then be okay to come and get them and haul them away?

I don't see a whole lot of difference between the two.
