but the same thing goes for "sanctuary cities" They can refuse to cooperate, not let them use their jails, but they can't stop the feds from arresting people. Like you say, it is mainly PR. Everything you are for, I have to be against. Everything you are against, I am must be for. What a way to run a railroad.
