The difference between Christianity and some other religions is BELIEF in GOD and JESUS, augmented by FAITH in the promise of an AFTERLIFE.

The essential fiber of Christianity is the Afterlife.

Without the Afterlife, for what purpose are we here?

If we are to die and be recycled as the dust from whence we came, then it shall have been for naught, we shall have had no more significance than a roachbug, and the entire universe will have been a colossal waste.
