Taxes are a necessary part of Government which fund governmental activities.

Never, in the history of the World, has there ever been an effective government without taxation and there never will be such.
I will agree that taxes at all levels need overhaul and reduction.
I will agree that programs at all levels need overhaul and reduction.
But I will never agree that it is possible to govern over 300,000,000 persons without taxes.
