the "dress codes" for men and women on beaches? Should men be allowed to go around topless on beaches?

Have you ever seen the "dress codes" or "business attire" worn by weather men vs weather women on TV? From what I have seen, men almost always have on suits and ties while women often have form-fitting and often sleeveless dresses as well.

Really Ken? Are you as concerned that women's legs be completely covered as well, like they are for men lawyers and weather forecasters?

If there is a dress code for courtrooms, whether written or unwritten, I'd think someone would have objected to her attire far sooner. There is such a thing as "precedent"... especially in courtrooms.
