I expect that GOG will not agree with my assessment, and I respect him and his opinion, but I personally think Kohlberger was/is guilty as hell.

Two and a half years later, Kohlberger was sentenced on July 23, 2025, to four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole.

But in investigating the murder scenes and the police ‘evidence, he came around to believe otherwise. I’ve followed this case from November 13, 2022 to the present. Various true crime channels. Admittedly, the evidence is circumstantial, as there was no eyewitness to the actual slayings, but it is consistent and corroborative, and does not contain any exculpatory factors.
In many cases, strong circumstantial evidence is all that is needed for conviction.
A good example is, if you wake up in the morning on otherwise dry land, and everything outside for as far as you can see is soaking wet, you may conclude with almost certainty that it rained, although you were not an eyewitness to the event.
