example, if the federal government is paying someone house payment or even just a majority of it then the seller can jack the price up and the new owner wont complain because they, like me, are most concerned about what comes out of their pocket.
example..payment is 2500 dollars a month on a piece of shit that the agent sales for 500,000....doesnt matter to new owner if the fed is paying 2000 of it and the happy new owner is only paying 500 out of pocket. getting the scheme?
house right down the road finally sold. owner was asking about 165000 last i heard and i wouldnt give 15000 for it. some deeply tanned individuals bought it and you can tell from looking they aint a manager at a fortune 500 company. already got junk cars in the yard.....and the first day they moved they accidently set the woods on fire...welcome to the country..
same way with renters.
