They need another Generalissimo Franco.

I was stationed in Rota, Spain for over two years in the U.S.N. when Franco was in charge and believe me, it was probably the safest nation to be in with his Guardia Civil maintaining the law. The finest looking female could have walked down the beach nude in the middle of the night, and no one would dare accost her :-)

When I got home, I praised Franco to my Dad, who was a former Concentration camp prisoner, and he said, "Franco was a Nazi." I replied. "A Nazi is always a Facist, but a Facist isn't necessarily a Nazi."
