Will much needed rain put a damper on celebrations with too much rain flooding many gatherings out?
Will a lack of rain keep things dry so some guy with a beer in one hand can provide the spark needed for another spark from some firework some idiot shooting off their own backyard display, thinking to to impress, family and friends?
