I always tell people that the reason that California is so expensive
is because it's better than where you live. It's called the sunshine tax for a reason. We just got back from our annual Napa trip. God damn it's nice there. Farms. I worked on farms as a yute...I listen to all these crystal-collecting, earth mother, hippies talk about how great it'd be to buy a farm and get outta the city, etc.
MF'er...do you know how much work running a farm is? Even a small one? HARD FUCKING PASS.
