I got a pen with my name on it (one year), a star-shaper paperweight with my name on it (5 years), and a crystal thing-a-majig with my name and a statement of appreciation (10 years). One of my friends in banking is required to take a Sabbatical every 10 years or something like that. That seems pretty unheard of stateside...wasn't sure if anyone had one offered.
