I'm not sure how much of your time is office vs. warehouse/distilling. But if it's more of the latter, Costco was great for me when I did field work. Kirkland brand stuff is fine enough but they have actual brands too (probably similar rung as what you'd get from an outlet as opposed to direct purchasing). They're durable enough to last until it gets too stained from the equipment or you're just ready to mix it up.
