lenses and your readers. They are intended to help you focus about 2-3' in front of you.

I have progressives with reading, computer, and distance focal points.

this is gonna take some getting used to. Using my eyes to look between the sections and not moving my head. Plus I'm supposed to talk to them in a few days about getting computer glasses (blue lens I think they're called.)
