I've worn glasses with progressive lenses for several years now.

i generally just wear reading glasses unless I'll be out in the sun and need to wear sunglasses

I did the one contact lens for near vision in my left eye and one for distance in my right eye...

Computer glasses aren't necessarily blue light glasses. They are lenses between your normal distance
