We got to town early Wednesday afternoon and went to the children's museum. A good time was had by all.

Then we went to the garage food hall and got sushi (not good) and beer (very good).

Then we went across the street to Pins, played patio Pong, foosball, and mechanical hockey.

A pretty great day.

Yesterday we went to the zoo so that Jax and I could do the rhino adventure that I bought her as a Christmas present (she's a big rhino fan). That was incredible! Getting to pet a rhino was not something we ever thought we could do.

We liked the rest of the zoo, even though it was small and the heat was deadly. We only spent 4 hours there, with a lot of indoor breaks.

Then we rested a few hours in the hotel and went to Abandoned Station for dinner, drinks, and games.

Very cool spot, but it gives the impression online that it's bigger than it is. They were apologetic about having only 1-2 people working and about it taking a long time to make our food because it's just a pizza oven that fits one item at a time.

But the food was good, the games were great, and the beer is pretty decent too.

This morning we got up, went to cracker barrel like good crackers on vacation, and drove back to our campground.
