I have all clad. It’s good and durable, but a couple things to keep in mind
you’re not supposed to dish wash stainless steel so it adds a little to the cleanup. It’s also a completely different type of cooking. Protein sticks and holds so you have to let it cook off the hold before you flip and temperature control is very important, so you have to kinda learn a new way of cooking if you’re used to non stick.
