All Clad for the last 15 years. Very durable. They don't recommend dishwasher but we dishwash all of
our All Clad pots and pans with no issues at all. You do have to cook a bit differently but it's easy enough to learn. I use Pam for eggs and nothing sticks. It is definitely a step up from the Calphalon set we registered for when we got married. That lasted us maybe 5 years until I got my first All Clad at a factory sale (their factory was 10 miles from my Pittsburgh house). After that, we slowly began replacing because the All Clad was so much better performing. Now we're 90% All Clad with on pot and a wok left from the Calphalon set.
