my office is closing due to donor paying to build a new medical facility on out footprint. i'll be involuntarily remote 100% for at least 6 months.

when the new space opens, we''ll have 1 day in office and 4 remote. no option for an office anymore. all share space and hoteling.

i spent 20+ years with 150 sq ft private office. now i get a timeshare. i'm not in collective bargaining, so is there any suggestions for asking for wsome way to compensate for the loss of a physical space?
