Easier said than done, and I certainly didn't grasp it initially, but what nobody could've understood before we saw it first hand is how perfect a fit Bielema is for Illinois... when is the last time we could say that in our football program? I doubt many of us were alive.

Even Mike White was a California guy who needed a 2nd chance to rehab his image, and Illinois offered that... but he wasn't the best fit... Bielema embodies Illinois football... we just didn't know it before.
