I mean, no duh... he's figured something out. But it has to be disruptive. There was one thing he did say recently, I don't know if it's a clue. I don't know how unique it is. But he was talking about how he was able to keep his assistants with him. And part of the reason he's able to do that, in his words, is because they actually apparently are allowed to have lives? He's keeps his practices pretty efficient. He expects people to work when they're working. What I read into it is 1) he keeps his players fresh by not working them to death in practice and 2) work-life balance keeps his staff happy and productive. Maybe that's a new trend? I dunno. Short of him having some secret AI model where he can just feed in video and have it spit out a fool-proof gameplan, I just can't imagine you can X & O your way to a national title with a bunch of even VOR players.
