salary cap and salary floor for a while now. I get shouted down by the baseball luminati here every time I bring it up, but I just don’t see how this continues in good faith unless MLB actively gets the cheap owners out of the game and/or forces spending. I definitely enjoy Cohen’s billions, but I don’t think it’s great for the sport when we make the Cincinnati type markets have to sit through ownership just trying to “break even”.
