The springs that mount over the top of the door and you have to manually tension-no, thanks.
The springs that mount to the back support of the door track and the pulley and are stretched by the cable moving? No problem.

Guy told me the cheap option would only last two years, trying to talk me into one that will last 5 years at twice the price.
Took some interrogation, but eventually admitted that the duration is only a difference in warranty, the end result is they install the same springs.
