LOL. Current lease goes to 2033, early termination in 2026. Don't know much about lease deals, but does that early termination agreement carry over to 2027, '28, etc? Long and short of it is: no shovels in the ground soon, they'll have to do something with the City of Chicago about staying past 2026.
