Unfortunately no. We had pips on exterior walls in Pittsburgh so knew exactly which pipes would be
the offending ones and would run them the three to four stretches every winter when we'd have very cold temps.  Previous Message
The room with the water meter in it looks like a jungle gym. We have no outward-facing walls with pipes in them that I know of.
