He spent a couple years as a glorified video analyst or whatever. Only got promoted to the staff once the NCAA expanded to 5 full time assistants.

The younger Cubit did too, so that one bothered me a million times less than Lovie's poser kid.
Tyler has undoubtedly earned his stripes now with the way he researches NBA offenses to build ours, and obviously, the Keaton recruitment is just bonkers good.
