I think it’s far more likely that seeing the final few seconds was the main reason that they posted the video than that they posted it despite that or in error.

Edit: they have made the political calculation that being accused of racism by liberals is politically beneficial for them, regardless of whether it’s the result of actually being racist or just stuff that is maybe kind of racist. They no longer care if there’s even a plausible deniability defense.
