We don’t have any in office requirement or really even guidance.
We were pretty lax on that even before Covid Previous Message It's pretty crazy. The people making these decisions are hardly in the office themselves (often due to travel). My boss wants us in the office 2 days/week and he doesn't see the need for more time from us. He also thinks that it makes our department more attractive for hiring and retention easier. Where does the current WFH zeitgeist stand?
