So...I got a "Petition to Revive Judgment" dropped off at my house (my mom was over at my place checking on things) and it's from something way back in 2011 from Calvary Portfolio Services.

I don't ever remember doing anything with them and research is they are a debt collector. Well, nothing shows up on my credit history as all my previous debts have been paid off.

It states nothing about where this came from, except that it is for $3099.70.

There is no other info on here. No court date or any contact information.

it's from the 11th Judicial Circuit Court in Logan County and the attorneys are from Schaumburg.
