Sometimes, when I'm watching a monkey do its monkey stuff, I want to slap the shit out of it, and I have no idea why. I suppose it could be cute aggression, but I don't think so. For one, it's only monkeys. Neither puppies, nor kittens, nor apes ever cause this reaction. For another, it's not "ooh, so cute I wanna squeeze it!" It's straight-up a desire to punch a tiny monkey.
