They got jobs to head to the next day. Fine to visit the president during the day, just as long as they get back with their team by the evening. Stay for the SOTU, they likely won't be out of there until midnight and be all exhausted by the time they get to their teams on Wednesday. If so, TOOLS. ALL OF THEM.
