When I was in my late 30s, I had a series of light-headedness / dizzy spells. No dehydration, sugars were fine, no blood pressure problems. One doc said maybe I was having TIAs. Another doc said probably not. A third said, "Sometimes, stuff just happens."
Never did find a cause, and the spells went away in six months of so.
