I recommend Medigap policy + part D prescription
I pay < $1K per year combined because I got the high-deductible options given my history of almost no medical expenses. I wasn’t touching Medicare Advantage.  Previous Message Still need to work out the details but I've been warned enough about Medicare Advantage plans to stay away
