Surprised that they were previously counted, according to what I was told.  Previous Message see also: special education, assuming the intent is to show how many students could potentially be involved in athletics. Previous Message Effingham HS dropped to Class 2A with an enrollment of 676 this year. I heard that this may be due to the fact that they teach Driver's Ed to students from Effingham St. Anthony as St. Anthony doesn't have that program. Previously, Effingham counted these students in their enrollment. This year they didn't, and it kept them under the 3A cutoff for the first time in a long time. Previous Message
