At $26M, it's actually a steal... and they wouldn't even have to do all of the revenue generating bullshit the original owners planned... and yet, they are anyway, and then some.
At least it's being maintained now... before the sale, all of the new surfaces were not being maintained, the goal netting was falling apart, etc.
