Something like 135 when the last time we advertised we got fewer than 20. Could also be industry specific, it's lean out there in my industry.  Previous Message
I keep seeing that it’s rough out there for those looking for jobs, but my team has been searching to fill 2 jobs now for 6 months and can’t find anyone. One of which is a fairly standard role within organizations like mine.
I’ve talked to a couple of other people recently who have had similar experiences filling roles.
What are you guys/gals seeing out there?
