Either that or they want their exorbitant cut.
While Indiana is far from the preferable spot if they keep preventing the Bears from moving to AH they’ll lose any leverage they have.
It’s just terribly misguided, but not surprising for the shitshow the city is especially in Springfield and par for the course example of why JB is fed up with the mayor’s office
