Undefeated for like 85 years now.

Anything that would allow for brown line transit exclusively would be ideal. Or walking distance if that can be somehow found but that will be pricey and tricky to find.

I lived off Southport brown line stop for 5 years and it was fantastic. I assume that area is still well off so I would target there.

Brokers exist but all 3 of my apts were found though online sites so that’ll likely be it. Problem there is the listings go quick and callbacks can be tough to get.
