When I was flying into Burbank every other week, I'd get an aisle seat in the very last row and pretty much be the first one off every time because they disembark front and back in Burbank. It was awesome. Throw in a handful of free drink coupons that I shared with the people around me and the commute home was actually an enjoyable experience. but you're never gonna convince most high-volume fliers that SW is anything but a trash airline for trash people.
