The effects mostly hold up, since they were practical and Rick Baker did them. The only exception is the werewolf puppet, which everyone knew would suck, and is only shown in flashes.
Possibly one of the most abrupt endings in film history. John Landis was not at all interested in providing any explicit resolution to the secondary plot threads. David dies, Alex cries, cut to credits.
Brick Top was in this movie as a taxi driver. He didn't really look the same, and you barely see his face anyway, but I recognized him right away from the accent.
