I feel like the market is still strong in Peoria adjacent. Not much stays on the market here long. Builder in this subdivision just closed on 2 new spec builds at 575k last week. Last week, my family home of 60 years in DG, IL was listed for sale. This week my home of 36 years in RSM, CA will be listed for sale.
Crazy time, and a lot of emotions with the 2 homes, but it will be nice when they sell so we can pay down the new house in Laguna Hills.
So will I need to change my name here? I could get away with RSMBob being Real Sexy Man or Romantic Single Male (no I couldn't!) but what would LHBob be? Maybe Left-Handed Bob!
