Black people in the South have separate local pathways to success to a greater degree than in the north. You can be a “big man” purely in the black community in Columbus Georgia. You cannot do that in Peoria Illinois (or it’s much harder).
Don’t take my anecdotes for it alone. Blacks are moving in large numbers *back to the South*. If it was super racist with no economic opportunity they wouldn’t do that.
The “racism” shit is so overplayed in lib politics. Blacks in the South do not live like whites in the north think they live. It isn’t 1960 anymore.
I’ll also say this. I’ve never seen ruder people than how black people on the South Side treat South Asian service workers in the little sandwich shops. Like, holy cow. If you think racism is a one way street, you’re crazy. Previous Message
