If there is a significant number of people who look at Republicans sending innocent people to foreign torture prisons, murdering South American fishermen for no reason, sending an army of vicious thugs into our streets to terrorize people, and a hundred other despicable things, then conclude they just can't vote for Democrats who might allow trans women to play sports, then we are indeed fucked.
And I think about 99% of the cases of trans girls/women playing sports are of no consequence at all. The rest of it could be worked out by people of good will. I feel better on the side of expanding rights and against the people who gin up hate to win elections.
