Food: Catania (Italian) was the best non Mexican we had, I’d go there if you want Italian

Taco Time and Taco Stand are the top tacos. Both were about the same.

Beaches are WindanSea, La Jolla Shores and Blacks beach. I’d probably go to Windansea. Blacks is very nice but more of a trip and it’s also a nude beach if that matters. If you go there, go up to the Torrey Pines Gliderport and get a beer/drink while you watch people run off a cliff.


In SD, Nico fish market was the best (fish) taco I’ve ever had. Pacific Beach is nice and much busier than La Jolla area beaches. Balboa Park is cool for the museums and such.
