I just got the "something happened and your PIN isn't available" error, and now I can't log in

There's a link on the screen to reset my PIN. Clicking that link does nothing.

There's also a link to use my password instead, but it tells me the password is wrong.

Tried booting to the BIOS, but there's nothing there I can see that would reset anything.

Anybody want a paperweight?
